1. Services Offered

BYND Cars provides advisory, import assistance, and vehicle sourcing services for vehicles purchased from the U.S. and shipped to Costa Rica. We also offer car consignment listing services.

 

2. No Guarantee of Purchase

We do not own or hold vehicles listed in U.S. auctions. All sourcing is done on behalf of the client with their final approval and payment.

 

3. Commission and Fees

Our import advisory services and sourcing assistance are subject to a 5% commission or flat advisory fee as outlined in writing.

 

4. Content Accuracy

While we aim to keep information accurate, vehicle data, cost estimates, and auction details are subject to change and third-party availability.

 

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or contact forms for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

 

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
