Because BYND Cars operates primarily as a consulting and import facilitation service, our fees are typically non-refundable once the sourcing and vehicle acquisition process has begun.

 

Refunds Are Not Provided:

• After auction bidding has been initiated

• Once the vehicle has been purchased

• After import services or legal paperwork have started

 

Refunds May Be Considered:

• If no services were rendered and no purchase was made

• If a sourcing error is attributable directly to BYND Cars (at our sole discretion)
